TERMS AND CONDITIONS

·  You must have an ABN (Australian Business Number) and be registered for GST to trade with Kaleidoscope

·  We do not offer exclusivity to any resellers

·  The minimum order is $350 excluding GST which is charged at a rate of 10% on all orders.

·  Items out of stock will automatically be placed on backorder unless advised otherwise

·  Special requests and small orders of less than $350 value will attract a $15 handling fee and freight charges

·  Please inspect all goods upon delivery for possible damage during transit.  Kaleidoscope aims to provide high quality merchandise at all times, however if an item is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 7 days
·  Payment is required in advance unless a 30 day account has been previously approved.  Proforma invoices will only be held for a period of 7 days pending payment

·  Overdue accounts will result in orders being withheld until payment is received and processed

·  2% per month charged on all overdue accounts (legal cost for recovery of debts will be passed onto the reseller)  The goods remain the property of the supplier until paid for in full

·  Goods are delivered from the warehouse and the risk passes to the purchaser at that time

·  Kaleidoscope will not be held responsible for goods left by couriers without obtaining a signature

·  Any discrepancies with orders must be advised within 7 days of receipt of the goods

·  Kaleidoscope will not supply goods for online auction sites

·  By placing an order with Kaleidoscope via our website, the purchaser is acknowledging acceptance of these conditions, which are additional to the terms and condition incorporated in our credit application form.
